Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Control and Closing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in project management and execution, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountability Areas

• Runs construction projects from initial to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to determine project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Manage and supervise construction staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Contracts management skills with suppliers and vendors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication skills.

Role Accountability

Required Experience: (10 years) in the construction field.

Good experience with SAP System.

Good experience with all Microsoft Office & Power BI.

Proficiency in project management software.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects, including residential, housing, resorts, hospitals, and real estate.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
