Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager for our Security Forces Medical Center (SFMC) project.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum major in project management from an internationally recognized university.
• Experience relevant to the scope of this assignment, with a minimum of 20 years in project management, including site supervision of similar projects, coordination between different projects and central administration, and follow-up on site issues and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in English language.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent and support the Construction Manager on site office operations, and represent the Construction Department during meetings with Contractors and Clients.
• Coordinate with other Site Managers and Engineers to monitor current and forecasted construction activities, sharing ideas and knowledge to ensure a consistent approach in managing the project.
• Direct and manage the site office operations staff, transferring information, assigning tasks to Engineers, and monitoring/evaluating their performance.
• Coordinate procedures with the Engineers at the site and enforce Code regulations.
• Organize site meetings with Contractors and internal meetings with Engineers.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office for approvals of suppliers, products, documents, and drawings issued for construction.
• Ensure that inspections and tests are conducted properly by the Contractor, witnessed by the Site Team, and that Non-Conformances or other violations are addressed as needed.
• Support the Construction Manager in regulating Substantial and Final Completion Certificates issuance.
• Promote Health, Safety, and Environment culture and information within the team with the support of the HSE Department.
