Site & Inspection Supervisor (Remote Site)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site & Inspection Supervisor to oversee and manage operations at a remote site in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring the efficient implementation and maintenance of security systems, both physical and technological. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to the demands of a remote site environment.

Note: contract duration 6 months to 1 year (Potential to extend beyond 2+ years)

Work Conditions:

1. Rotation: 3 weeks on-site with 1 week off.
2. 7 days a week, flexible hours including on demand weekends & night shifts as required.
3. Working Hours: 8 AM - 10 PM with flexibility in starting times based on operational requirements.
4. Accommodation, Car/Transport, and Medical: Provided by the client.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   1. 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on security systems (physical, technological, and surveillance).
   2. Previous experience in a remote site environment is highly desirable.
2. Skills & Knowledge:
   1. Strong knowledge of security systems and their implementation.
   2. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
   3. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
3. Nationality:
   1. Saudi nationals are preferred, but candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply. Due to Visa limitations, we can't accept Lebanese nationals at this stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:
   1. Oversee daily operations at the remote site, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and according to company standards.
   2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
   3. Coordinate with on-site teams and contractors to ensure seamless operation and project progress.
2. Security System Management:
   1. Implement, monitor, and maintain physical security systems, including surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
   2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technological security systems.
   3. Ensure all security systems are functioning optimally and provide regular reports on their status.
3. Client Coordination:
   1. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or requirements promptly.
   2. Manage client expectations and ensure all demands, including weekend and night shifts, are met as required.
4. Team Leadership:
   1. Lead and mentor a team of security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle site operations.
   2. Foster a culture of safety, security, and teamwork among all on-site personnel.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
   1. Prepare detailed reports on site activities, inspection findings, and security system performance.
   2. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, incidents, and maintenance activities.
