Shift Manager, Delivery Station Regional, AMZL

Typically an entry-level management position at Amazon.
Often have direct reports and are responsible for day-to-day operations in your assigned area.
You may be involved in various operational tasks, including:

1. Monitoring performance metrics
2. Conducting audits
3. Implementing Amazon's procedures and programs
4. Participating in training programs

L4 managers are expected to adhere to and promote Amazon's leadership principles.

You may be responsible for specific operational areas or processes within a facility.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the KPI targets are met
2. Should be able to work with stakeholders actively and execute improvement projects on ground
3. Work with teams to deliver and stick to the required schedules
4. Deliver good DPS's experience
5. Work with carriers to engage on linehaul performance discussions and other requirements
6. Work closely with Procurement, finance and other stakeholders to help resolve carrier issues

Minimum Requirements

1. 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
3. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
4. Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
5. 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
