Assist students, both in the classroom and school with fulfilling their potential and nurturing their individual talents.
Create opportunities and motivation for children to become self-reliant, productive and critically-thinkers.
Use CBM for continuous assessment.
Perform observations at school and provide accommodations and modifications to the classroom setting.
Run one-on-one sessions in Arabic/Math.
Provide research-based strategies to teach skills like reading, spelling, and writing.
Use ABC Center evidence-based program for reading, spelling, and math.
Write an Individualized Educational Plan for students and provide written reports to parents.
Collect evidence about your practice and related student outcomes (IEP evaluation) on an ongoing basis to facilitate continual development and improvement.
Provide support for parents by providing appropriate recommendations for home and school.
Ensure therapy area is kept clean and safe prior to and following sessions by ensuring materials are put back in their original locations.
Abide by all CARF standards.
Use of technology (Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, OneDrive, Zoom, etc.).
Work with a team (collaborate with colleagues) to design, plan, and provide an excellent modern learning environment.
Abide by all instructions and guidelines issued by the employer that are in the best interests of the center and its policies as dictated by the employer alone.
