Job Description - Services Operation Analyst (0099LO)

Responsibilities

• Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices, and procedures
• Organize the required operation database
• Co-ordinate with operation & finance controlling team for data analysis
• Co-ordinate with Sales team to propose the operation details
• Track / update Installed Base data (serviceable assets)
• Advise sales / tender team on different opportunities to optimize
• Develop innovative solutions to input front office team to go to market
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will support operation team for training and competency development
• Assist Schneider Electric Services operations team with forecast for site execution

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in operations analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
