Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions
• Develop and optimise PPM (Project Portfolio Management), APM (Application Portfolio Management), and Financial Management processes
• Work closely with business and technical teams to align SPM capabilities with organisational objectives
• Provide best practice guidance on ServiceNow platform governance, integrations, and scalability
• Support end-to-end delivery, ensuring efficient adoption and long-term sustainability of SPM solutions

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow SPM Architect, with expertise in PPM, APM, and Financial Management
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configurations, and integrations
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategic portfolio management frameworks
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh (relocation support provided)
