Service Technician

We are looking for a Home Appliances Technician. If you have the following qualifications, please apply:

1. Repair defective home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cookers, TVs) according to the working instructions for both home service and technical center repairs.
2. Re-install defective items at the customer's location after repair.
3. Order spare parts required for repairing items according to the working instructions.
4. Responsible for product handling while pulling out/delivery to the customer's location.
5. Prepare home visit reports for all executed visits.
6. Prepare charge estimates for out-of-warranty and misuse cases.
7. Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Technical Center Head.
8. Collect money from customers for chargeable cases and submit them at the point of sale.
9. Responsible for achieving the service KPIs of the area of work.

Required skills and knowledge:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in home appliance repair (LG, Toshiba, Samsung, etc.), preferably in authorized service centers.
2. Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
3. Valid IQAMA and transferable.
