JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

Service Management:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the service team across the KSA.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of service and support services.
  3. Develop and implement service strategies to meet client needs and organizational goals.


Team Leadership:

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals.
  2. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.


Client Relations:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.


Operational Excellence:

  1. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, engineering, logistics) to streamline service operations.
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.


Financial Management:

  1. Manage the service operations budget and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  3. Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.


Compliance and Safety:

  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  2. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
  3. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.


Experience Required:

  1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in service operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  2. Proven track record of managing service teams and delivering high-quality service.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Experience with financial management and budgeting.


Knowledge of the KSA region and its unique market dynamics is highly desirable.
