Job Summary

Under the direction of the restaurant in-charge, the Service Associate (Waiter/Waitress) is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering, and maximizing guest satisfaction in the outlets.

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
2. Usher guests to the appropriate table.
3. Take guests' orders, making suggestions when necessary.
4. Ensure knowledge of menu items by attending product knowledge sessions and reviewing updates.
5. Communicate with kitchen staff regarding guest orders and pick up orders when ready for serving.
6. Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
