We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Treasury Specialist to manage our organization cash flow, investments, and financial risk. This role involves overseeing daily cash management activities, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting related to treasury operations. The most suitable candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a keen understanding of treasury functions.

As a Senior Treasury Specialist, your daily workload might include:

1. Responsible for daily cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
2. Manage cash positions and optimize the use of available funds to support operational and strategic needs.
3. Ensure accurate and timely cash positioning and forecasting.
4. Maintain and manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
5. Negotiate terms and fees for banking services and maintain compliance with bank agreements.
6. Oversee the setup and maintenance of bank accounts, including managing signatories and access controls.
7. Support the management of short-term and long-term investments in accordance with company policies.
8. Prepare and review detailed treasury reports, including cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and investment performance reports.
9. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations to senior management.
10. Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity in treasury operations.
11. Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, financial planning, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of financial strategies.

2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting or treasury, with a focus on cash management and financial analysis.

6. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
7. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
