Responsibilities:

1. Lead and contribute to various transport planning studies including large scale transport master plan assessments and traffic impact studies.
2. Technical delivery and management of transport assignments with minimal supervision.
3. Prepare high-quality reports and technical analyses, presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
4. Advise clients and stakeholders on transportation matters.
5. Represent the Transportation Team in interactions with internal clients and external stakeholders/statutory authorities.
6. Ensure deliverables adhere to QA/QS and document management protocols.
7. Share technical competencies with junior staff.

Qualifications:

1. Degree qualified in civil engineering, transport planning, or equivalent; ideally holding a master’s qualification.
2. 8-10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
3. Experience in leading and delivering transportation projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.
4. Transport modelling experience and strong report writing and presentation skills.

Essential Requirements:

1. Preference for candidates based in KSA; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
2. Competency in transportation planning skills including development planning principles and transport demand theory.
3. Hands-on experience with modelling software such as VISUM, VISSIM, SIDRA, SYNCHRO, HCM.
4. Experience in transport assessment and highway design.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software.
7. Willingness to travel internationally.
