Implementing the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain the monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
Achieving yearly new sales target at 100%.
Achieving AOP retention for specified Tier.
Having a positive SPA review by close of year.
Proper consistent usage of Ecosystem (Account Management, Portfolio, SOLO, and other sales applications in place).
Identifying potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the market.
Delivering sales presentations for prospects in a professional and effective manner and inform them how they can benefit from having the safest sustainable solution for health, property and the environment through their use of Rentokil Boecker services.
Surveying premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
Developing ideas and creating offers for target clients using all necessary marketing tools.
Presenting new products and services to existing clients and enhancing client relationships through preplanned courtesy calls and visits.
Responding to client’s needs and following up with all concerned parties on all aspects of their request.
Educating clients on the processes that will enable them to gain the most value from Rentokil Boecker services.
Monitoring Market and Competitor activities and provide relevant report when necessary.
Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally to offer the service that caters to the client’s needs and concerns.
Coaching new Sales Consultants to ensure proper implementation of Rentokil Boecker sales techniques.
Preparing detailed offers, following up till the offer becomes a contract and handling after-sales follow-up.
Handling renewals of contracts, when applicable.
Communicating effectively new sales and renewals to Operations Department.
Handling the client’s data accurately and timely on Rentokil Boecker systems.
Documenting and delivering weekly and monthly sales reports.
Participating in events and exhibitions to promote company’s services.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets in consultative sales, preferably in Pest Control, Bird Control and Scenting.
Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, CRM and Google Suite.
Knowledgeable in reporting and monitoring with remarkable attention to details.
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
