Senior Technical Proposal Lead

SHC is seeking a seasoned and meticulous Senior Technical Proposal Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and competitiveness of our technical proposals for governmental and semi-governmental projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in proposal development, review, and client interaction. They will not only develop proposals but also oversee the work of Technical Proposal Leads and handle special assigned RFPs, ensuring all proposals meet the highest standards and client specifications.

Requirements

Technical Proposals Development and Review:

1. Review and provide constructive feedback on technical proposals developed by Technical Proposal Leads.
2. Develop detailed and thorough technical proposals, ensuring both content and presentation meet the highest standards for tenders and unsolicited offers.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and consultants to develop innovative and winning technical solutions.

Special RFP Assignments:

1. Lead and develop proposals for high-priority and complex RFPs, ensuring a strategic approach and comprehensive coverage of technical requirements.

Client Interaction:

1. Facilitate scoping sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their technical needs and requirements.
2. Maintain consistent follow-up with clients throughout the proposal process to ensure technical alignment and address any concerns promptly.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance proposal success rates.

Presentations and Delivery:

1. Perform comprehensive reviews of technical proposals before final submission.
2. Craft and deliver compelling technical presentations to clients.
3. Ensure all technical proposal documentation is professionally presented and delivered within designated timelines.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical proposal development and review, preferably in consulting or training fields.
2. Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team of proposal developers.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Proficiency in crafting well-designed presentations using storytelling techniques to effectively showcase technical strengths.
5. Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Sound understanding of market research, benchmarking, and analysis.
7. Ability to think strategically and formulate comprehensive technical proposals.
