Senior Technical Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Managing delivery of technology solutions for continuous business increments for a value stream in the shortest cycle time.
• Manage integrations to improve business operations and productivity efficiently.
• Secure business requirements implementation with efficient techniques and high-quality standards.
• Manage communication with stakeholders to identify improvement areas, presenting multiple alternative plans & solutions.
• Coordinate with project management team to establish processes to secure successful solution delivery.
• Lead software development, process re-engineering, and end-to-end technical architecture implementations to maximize project outcome and overall performance.
• Ensure prioritized projects in program plan with business segment leader and portfolio manager.
• Implement Agile Scrum/SAFe principles/processes to handle development/implementation of various solutions.
• Implement solutions to reduce costs and maximize return-on-investment (ROI) and ensure they align with strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate experience through technical environment availability, code deployment, performance assessment, infrastructure upgrades, access controls, etc.
• Collaborate with existing and potential clients to develop innovative solutions with desired integrations using all resources.
• Initiate offshore delivery for desired applications, systems & transformations.
• Track and assess project delivery targets and supervise key resources and priorities during SDLC.
• Perform configuration, change, problem, and incident management in accordance with the ITIL framework.
• Establish sales channel opportunities with strategic vendors within the marketplace to expand overall offerings.
• Manage the offshore support team and enable quick hand-off by implementing appropriate documentation and SDLC process.
• Conduct awareness sessions for the project team to explain project scope and objectives.
• Review all the TO BE processes requirement deliverables developed by the Project Architects to ensure end-to-end technical soundness, adherence to the project scope, and meeting customer expectations.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in Computer Science or Engineering.
• A minimum of 16 years of related experience.
• 5 or more years of experience writing code (such as, and not limited to, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net; databases like SQL Server/Oracle; and Testing tools; experience of multiple full release cycles).
• 3 or more years in developing solution architecture.
• Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and methodologies.
• Advanced in developing and managing large solutions.
• Expert in Database Concepts.
• Expert in multi-tier distribution technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Good demonstrated technical leadership.
• High level and low level Design expertise.
• Expert in Software Sizing and planning.
• Expert in multiple business domains and industries.
• Advanced knowledge of ETOM.
• Digital acumen and familiarity with modern digital solutions.
• Passionate about design solutions and necessary customization in collaboration with the team or independently to fulfill customer requirements.
