Senior Techical Consultant

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities services company in Saudi Arabia, for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant. This role is crucial in driving technical innovation, supporting large-scale facilities management projects, and delivering tailored solutions to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project management expertise, and experience in the facilities services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on technical strategies and solutions to enhance facilities management operations.
2. System Integration: Design and implement systems to integrate new technologies with existing facilities management platforms.
3. Project Oversight: Manage the technical aspects of large-scale facilities services projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs, deliver solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
5. Technology Deployment: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies, including IoT, energy management systems, and automated solutions, to improve efficiency.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical documentation, project plans, and performance analytics for stakeholders.
7. Training & Support: Deliver technical training and support to client teams post-implementation.

1. Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, with a focus on facilities management or related industries.
3. Technical Expertise:
   1. Strong knowledge of facilities management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS systems).
   2. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), IoT solutions, and smart building technologies.
   3. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Java).
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or LEED (preferred).
5. Soft Skills:
   1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
   2. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
   3. Ability to handle complex projects under tight deadlines.
