Increasing hiring demands require a robust talent attraction strategy with a major focus on digital transformation including roles such as data analytics, data science, digital services, AI, among others.
We need to build a strong employer brand and strategically position Schneider Electric as an Employer Of Choice to attract and retain our talent to support this transformation. YOU will play a vital role in helping us define the strategy, align with stakeholders, and mobilize resources to realize it.
This role will report directly to the Regional Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Manager, Gulf TA Lead, and have a dotted line to VP HR in KSA.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As the Arabic-KSA Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive talent attraction (employer branding and recruitment marketing) strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent in Saudi & Arabic speaking countries. You will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams to strengthen Brand To Hire by increasing employer brand awareness, engaging our audience, and converting them into the hiring funnel. Key responsibilities include:
Strategy & Stakeholder Management
- Implement the employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy for KSA & Arabic countries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and align branding and recruitment initiatives accordingly.
EVP & Employer Branding
- Manage, enhance, and localize the employee value proposition (EVP) to ensure alignment with the company's culture, values, and local business goals.
- Create compelling employer brand messaging and value propositions to attract top talent, especially for strategic segments.
Recruitment Marketing
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify target talent segments and develop tailored recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong online and offline presence for Schneider Electric's employer brand, utilizing recruitment marketing techniques.
- Drive brand awareness and hiring conversion through various channels, including social media, career websites, events, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
Competitor & Market Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives vs competition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Community Animating
- Support and guide local HR and Talent Acquisition teams in implementing employer branding and recruitment marketing activities within their respective business units.
- Collaborate with the regional employer branding and recruitment marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overall company brand strategy.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Background in HR, Marketing & Communications, Corporate Communications, or CSR is preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience mainly within Employer Branding, Digital Marketing, HR, or Consultancy domain.
- Proven track record of defining & driving effective Employer Branding and Early Career strategies in a matrix organization.
- Strong project management skills – ability to lead projects end-to-end and work with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work across different teams, personalities, and cultures, with the ability to focus when necessary to get things consistently done.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, adapt, and be responsive to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Display professionalism and a sense of responsibility as well as autonomy and ownership.
- Proficient level of Arabic & English spoken and written. Other languages are welcome as well.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi & Gulf talent market and cultural nuances.
