With a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions, the company is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic recruiter to play a key role in sourcing and hiring the best professionals in the industry.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, source highly skilled IT and cybersecurity professionals, and implement strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top IT and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team’s hiring needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market insights to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven track record in hiring technical roles, including software engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and IT project managers.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent market trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
