Job Purpose Summary:
To implement and support ICT solutions in accordance with BMB's business plans and procedures and as per the vendor's and industry best practices while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and architect complex systems and networks to meet the organization's needs.
2. Ensure systems and networks comply with industry standards and security regulations.
3. Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and risks.
4. Lead the implementation and deployment of hardware, software, and network solutions.
5. Oversee the configuration and management of operating systems, such as Linux, Windows, or other platforms.
6. Implement security measures to protect systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
7. Provide high-level technical support for complex system issues and network problems.
8. Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to ensure efficient operation.
9. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline system management tasks.
10. Use scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate repetitive processes.
11. Set up and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
12. Test and execute recovery procedures in case of system failures.
13. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and policies.
14. Participate in project planning and execution.

Education, Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2. 6+ years of relevant experience.
3. Experience with PAM & IAM solutions.
4. Experience with SASE solutions.
5. Experience with Vulnerability Management solutions.
6. Cisco wireless networks design and implementation is a plus.
7. Aruba, Huawei, network and wireless knowledge is a plus.
