Primary Location: Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

1. Manage project discipline resource requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Company Requirements.
3. Interact effectively with people and use clear, fluent, and expressive verbal and written language to convey information and ideas.
4. Possess thorough knowledge of codes and standards, and a good understanding of engineering practices applicable to civil and structural design for industrial facilities.
5. Demonstrate extensive current design experience leading Civil and Structural engineering teams with notable engineering firms or EPC contractors within the mining, chemical, or salt industries.
6. Have sufficient knowledge of structures' integrity and reliability under different steady and transient stress scenarios, including earthquakes and atmospheric events.
7. Relevant experience in associated engineering disciplines of Electrical, Piping, and Process systems would be a distinct advantage.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Conversant with industrial relations as they impact on the partnering contract.
3. Commitment to personal well-being and a proactive approach to continuously improving health, safety, and environmental performance.
4. Understand current best practices, key technologies, technology integration, facility constructability and operability, and contractors in the brine processing industry.
5. Understand brine industry benchmark projects and pricing.
6. Flexibility to travel and work effectively with team members in remote areas/Field.
