Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our consultancy firm for the supervision of a prestigious high-rise hotel development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience with structural analysis, design, and supervision of high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review structural designs and calculations, ensuring compliance with international and Saudi standards.
• Oversee structural site execution, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
• Perform structural inspections and provide technical expertise in resolving design and construction challenges.
• Ensure safety and compliance with seismic and wind load requirements for high-rise buildings.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring smooth project execution and coordination with contractors.
• Prepare reports and documentation in English with a high level of clarity and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
• Previous experience working in reputable consultancy firms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in BIM and structural design software.
• Strong understanding of international and Saudi structural codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
