In joining Jacobs you will:

1. Build effective relationships both internally and externally to balance the requirements of the Client, Government Authorities, and Company as a whole.
2. Champion the interests of Clients, Customers, and Stakeholders by acting as the focal point for escalation within the program.
3. Ensure stakeholders are identified and recognized as partners in the development and delivery of the Program's strategic goals.
4. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies including informing, consulting, and involving stakeholders where relevant and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies.
5. Advise senior leadership of issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively.
6. Be responsible for the conversion of the Client remit into an agreed program requirement specification.
7. Be accountable for the development of the initial program plan and budget; working with the Construction Directors and Functional Managers to specify how the program portfolio is going to be delivered, expected milestones, and associated timescales, resource requirements, risks & issues, and funding needs/sources.
8. Assist Programs delivery directors to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant Programs.
9. Manage the effective delivery and ongoing implementation of a stakeholder contact management system.

Minimum Requirements:

BS degree in a Management or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience. 10 years professional experience with 5 years in stakeholder management preferred. Discipline specific professional registration preferred (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS). Experience working on large-scale programs. Proficiency in MS Office, Aconex, and other relevant software. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strong knowledge of authorities and government entities. Engaging personality, confident in dealing with people at all levels and ability to influence. Ability to develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies with a strong understanding of the construction sector, project management, and policies. Flexible and willing to support others at times, especially when organizational priorities take precedence.
