Senior Specialist - Performance & Success Metrics

To lead the analysis and management of performance metrics and success indicators, ensuring that the organizations goals are met through effective performance tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain systems for tracking and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance outcomes, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.

KPI Management:

  1. Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards organizational goals.
  2. Ensure KPIs are aligned with strategic objectives and provide meaningful insights into performance.
  3. Regularly review and update KPI metrics to reflect changes in business priorities or operational focus.

Reporting and Documentation:

  1. Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
  2. Ensure that performance reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain thorough documentation of performance metrics, analysis processes, and findings.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  1. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  2. Provide data-driven insights to support operational and strategic improvements.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across performance metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Work closely with various departments to gather performance data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Communicate performance results and insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  3. Facilitate discussions on performance improvement strategies and provide guidance on best practices.
  4. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to performance management and analytics.
  5. Lead initiatives to enhance performance measurement methodologies and tools.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize performance tracking and reporting.

Support and Training:

  1. Provide support and training to team members and other staff on performance metrics and analysis tools.
  2. Assist in the development of performance management strategies and frameworks.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in performance management, data analysis, or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing performance metrics and KPIs.
  4. Proficiency in English (additional languages may be advantageous).
