Job description

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist in HR Operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in human resources operations, ensuring effective HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Main Responsibilities in HR Operations

  1. Oversee and optimize HR operations processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction across the organization.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating HR procedures as necessary to maintain best practices and standards.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and resource allocation that align with the strategic needs of the company.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with current trends and regulatory requirements.
  5. Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions and improvements for HR strategies and processes.
  6. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management, promoting an open and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements and Qualifications for HR Operations Specialist

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or CIPD certification is an advantage.
  2. Minimum of seven years of experience in HR operations, with at least three years in a senior or leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in workforce management.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to drive business decisions.
  7. Demonstrated experience in managing change and delivering high-impact HR initiatives.
