Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Specialist to join our dynamic Fleet Engagement & Partnerships team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with key fleet partners, driving strategic partnerships, and maximizing fleet business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute strategic fleet partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fleet partners, including corporate accounts, government agencies, and other organizations.
  2. Manage existing fleet relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key fleet partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Negotiate and finalize contracts: Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  4. Develop and implement fleet engagement programs: Create and execute programs to attract and retain our fleet, such as exclusive offers, loyalty programs, creating events, and incentive schemes.
  5. Analyze fleet performance data: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet business, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize fleet strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in fleet sales, account management, creating events, or business development within the transportation or logistics industry.
  2. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  3. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and challenges effectively and efficiently.
  5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills.
  6. Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  7. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  9. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
  10. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  11. Proactive: Ability to proactively identify opportunities and take initiative to drive results.
  12. Preferred: Experience in the ride-hailing or transportation industry.
