Senior Software Development Engineer - Saudi

Master-Works is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work in a collaborative team environment to create high-quality software solutions while mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices.
4. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.
6. Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in software development.
8. Contribute to software architecture and design decisions.
9. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
4. Strong experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
5. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API development.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Fluent in Arabic and English.
