Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Linking Humans, a specialist ServiceNow recruitment agency, is hiring on behalf of our client. Our client is a leading ServiceNow Partner with a huge presence in the Middle East. They are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to come and play a key role in delivering innovative outcomes for their clients.

Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements. Facilitate interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a thorough understanding of objectives and challenges.
2. Documentation: Create clear and detailed requirement documents, including functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and Agile user stories.
3. Analysis: Design and refine System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and analyse data to support informed decision-making and improvements.
4. Technical Collaboration: Bridge the gap between client business needs and technical development teams, ensuring alignment on solutions.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison, translating complex requirements into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
6. Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation activities to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to scope, timelines, and resources, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
8. Project Support: Maintain project documentation, including plans, updates, and reports, to keep stakeholders informed.
9. Training & Support: Provide client training and one-on-one guidance to support the successful adoption of solutions.

Skills

Required Skills and Experience

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in the IT sector, with ServiceNow platform implementation expertise.
3. Proven track record as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, focusing on project delivery and professional service contracts.
4. Strong organisational, planning, and customer service skills.
5. Expertise in creating requirement specifications, design documents, test plans, and use cases.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
7. Team player with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in software testing, issue tracking, and requirements validation.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage with varied audiences.
