Role Responsibilities:

1. Establish prospects and develop professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.
2. Support business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
3. Prospect bid opportunities, participate in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
4. Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
5. Identify prospective target accounts and present them to the sales business development team.
6. Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
7. Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the respective categories of New Service Agreement & Service Repairs, while complying with company Finance, Ethics, and Sales Policies.
8. Achieve FY Plan through securing New Service Agreements as well as New Service Repairs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 4-5 years experience in Sales with Service agreements and Service repairs agreements within the HVAC industry.
2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Expertise in MS Office applications.
4. Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, and with effective communication skills.
