About the Role
The Senior Sales Representative will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities for the Western regions warehouse space. The role is centered around a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, catering to industries such as medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, retail cosmetics, and FMCG. The Senior Sales Representative will play a critical role in offering customized logistics solutions, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The position requires strong market awareness, client relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for potential customers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Identify and engage with prospective clients who would benefit from the warehouse solution in Jeddah.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Solution Selling: Provide tailored logistics solutions aligned with both the company's and the customers' business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Negotiation: Secure new business opportunities weekly, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are correctly structured and finalized.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain compliance with weekly sales reporting requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a structured and consultative sales approach.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
