Job Title: Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and meet targets in the materials science market.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage marketing campaigns that highlight product features, benefits, and applications, particularly targeting industries where material science solutions are essential.
  3. Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials science to communicate product benefits and applications to clients, addressing technical inquiries and positioning the company as an industry leader.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, providing both technical and sales support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the materials sector. Use findings to adjust sales strategies and refine marketing approaches.
  6. Product Positioning and Messaging: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop messaging that accurately reflects product benefits and aligns with customer needs.
  7. Sales and Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in creating technical brochures, product sheets, case studies, and other materials that highlight product features and differentiate the brand.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, engineering, and production, to align product specifications with customer needs and support product development initiatives.
  9. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports to management. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, with a strong preference for a background in Materials Science.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within materials science, engineering, or related industries.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of material properties, applications, and relevant industry standards. Ability to explain technical details in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven success in both sales and marketing roles, with experience in developing and executing strategies that drive growth. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and campaign management skills.
  5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategies.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
  7. Customer Focus: Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and ensuring a high level of service.
  8. Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas to sales and marketing initiatives.
