ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Tiran real estate sales strategy to generate leads and close deals.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Develop and implement effective and targeted sales strategies.
  2. Set, monitor and report on sales goals and objectives.
  3. Submit and manage budgets, forecast revenue projections, report on performance.
  4. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Organize and attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.

Leadership

  1. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials tailored to stakeholder needs.
  2. Ensure that all stakeholder engagement activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards.
  3. Utilize data analytics to drive strategies and decisions.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager for min. 10 years.
  2. Demonstrated track records in closing luxury real estate sales.
  3. Experience in developing pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinker.
  5. Strong marketing acumen and ideal experience.
  6. Ability to develop and implement effective and targeted sales strategies.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Sales pipeline and performance metrics monitoring and reporting.
  9. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  12. High level of integrity and professionalism.
  13. Knowledge of the Saudi and/or Gulf real estate market is a plus.
  14. Multilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Master’s degree is preferred.
