As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of our Revenue Operations team, responsible for supporting the sales organization by optimizing processes, systems, and data that help drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your role will focus on streamlining sales operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data, and providing insights to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure that the sales team has the tools, data, and insights necessary to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will also be involved in process improvement initiatives, reporting, sales forecasting, and enabling sales productivity through technology solutions.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, your daily workload might include:
- Support the development and implementation of best practices for the sales process, ensuring efficient workflows from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and work with stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Implement automations to improve sales productivity and reduce manual tasks.
- Maintain and manage the sales CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
- Generate sales performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales leaders to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support onboarding and conduct training for sales team members on sales tools, processes, and best practices.
- Support sales forecasting processes by collecting and analyzing sales data to provide accurate pipeline projections and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure full alignment between the sales team and other teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics, with the ability to optimize and improve workflows.
- Experience working in SaaS or technology companies.
