Senior Registrar - Pediatrics

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Registrar in Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. As a Senior Registrar, you will provide comprehensive medical care to pediatrics including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting child health and development, diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Your expertise in Pediatrics will contribute to ensuring the well-being of pediatric patients, providing family-centered care, and supporting the organization's commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Additionally, you will practice population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care and promoting the well-being of children and their families.

1. Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
2. Completion of residency training in Pediatrics from an accredited program.
3. Board certification in Pediatrics from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
4. Proven experience as a Registrar in Pediatrics or similar role, preferably in a hospital, clinical setting, or telehealth setting.
5. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.
6. Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in pediatric patients.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with pediatric patients, parents, and colleagues.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide family-centered care.
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in Pediatrics.
