Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes for architectural projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Documentation Review: Review architectural plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure all quality requirements are met.
Inspection: Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments, including findings and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Training: Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of quality management systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
Proven experience in quality control within the construction, railway or monorail experience is a must.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
