Senior Project Manager - Structural Project (Malls and Hotels)

Location: On-site – Riyadh, SAU

Role Purpose

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team based in Al Khobar, KSA. The successful candidate will work on mixed-use building projects (mall, hotels & residential towers).

What this job involves

1. Reporting to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.
2. Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
3. Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.
4. Administer building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
5. Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
6. Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
7. Deliver projects with focus on time, cost and quality.
8. Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
9. Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor’s design is done in compliance with the contract and client brief.
10. Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.

Minimum Requirements

Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering, 15+ years of experience in mixed-use development projects such as shopping malls, hotels & high-rise buildings, experience in managing on-site construction in the region. Major international project experience is essential, preferably in the GULF region. Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB). Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English. International safety qualification/recognition is an advantage but not essential.
