Senior Project Manager - Interiors (DB)

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager - Interiors to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of innovative interior projects that elevate the standard of living and workspaces. In the role of Senior Project Manager - Interiors, you will guide projects from conception through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Your expertise in interior design and project management will ensure successful collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, driving project success and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end process of interior design projects, ensuring compliance with project goals, quality standards, and client requirements
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to create innovative design concepts that meet functional and aesthetic criteria
• Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality assurance, and compliance with safety regulations
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and team members to provide progress updates, gather feedback, and resolve any issues that arise
• Review and approve design proposals, materials, and finishes, ensuring alignment with client visions and project objectives
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation to stakeholders, including financial performance and project milestones
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in project delivery
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in managing interior design and fit-out projects
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful management of complex interior projects
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and project management tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices in interior design
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous
