Senior Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success, safety, and timely completion of a construction project. The Sr. Project Manager will plan and manage project construction activities and schedules and provide technical consultation to project teams, government agencies, and clients. Requires 12-15 years of project management experience on large commercial construction projects ($50M+); knowledge of scheduling and organization techniques; must possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; must be authorized to work in the United States and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and willingness to work overseas. Requires an Engineering Bachelor’s degree as well as previous experience with OBO/Embassy and/or US Government overseas contracts.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a U.S. Security clearance (Secret Clearance required).
2. Four (4) year technical or engineering degree (or equivalent advanced degree) plus extensive experience in the management of construction segments.
3. Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations required.
4. Experience as a project manager on several different projects large in scale, cost, and complexity.
5. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills a necessity.
6. Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
