Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director with a strong background in civil and construction project delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to lead large-scale projects within the Education, Healthcare (Hospitals), or Mixed-Use sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects from design through to handover.
• Lead project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement project strategy, scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders, clients, and authorities.
• Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage risk, identify project deviations, and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead site coordination, team meetings, and project reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project management with proven leadership in senior roles.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
