Job Title: Senior Organization Development Executive

Position Overview:
Responsible for the formulation and establishment of policies and procedures, salary grading structure, and job matrix. Monitors and maintains data integrity of all information ensuring that the information is updated within SAP/SF to generate accurate management information reports from time to time to provide inputs to various departments including Performance Management inputs, Finance for budgeting, and Operations Departments (Logistics and Construction).
Responsibilities:
Provide information to the Organization Development team for the latest manpower data for its various management information requirements in developing and maintaining organization systems.
Support various departments in providing critical manpower information to update their respective areas, such as: The personnel department to update its GOSI, payroll data; Finance department for budgeting and control; Operations for analyzing their manpower costs for bidding and manpower planning; Management for analysis of various skills available at different locations as well as employee status – those who are active and those on vacations, Aramco licensing, direct/indirect and any other requirements needed from time to time.
Maintain and update the Job Matrix and Salary Scales for any new positions that may arise.
Fully involved in Performance Management.
Coordinate with various departments/projects to assess their manpower needs and accordingly source relevant candidates, invite for interviews, and complete the onboarding process for those selected.
Monitor the probation evaluation deadlines and issue renewal letters prior to the expiry of the 3-month probation period.
Assist the OD Team in HR in implementing the Performance Management initiative by providing relevant employee information required for the exercise.
Assist the OD Team in HR in implementing the Learning Management initiative by providing relevant employee information required for doing a Training Needs Analysis.
Any other requirement relating to OD from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Organization Development or HR with a focus on data management, performance management, and organizational planning.
Min 3 years of experience with ARAMCO.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) for data reporting and analysis.
Proven ability to work with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Personnel, to provide manpower data and insights.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret management reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level).
In-depth knowledge of salary structures, grading, and job evaluation.
Familiarity with performance management frameworks and employee data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
