Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EBS Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials, a deep understanding of financial processes, and a proven track record of successful implementations. You will play a critical role in advising clients on best practices, optimizing their financial systems, and ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EBS Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
2. Analyze and document business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.
3. Provide expertise in financial processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other modules and third-party applications.
5. Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system users.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle EBS Financial applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
7. Stay current with Oracle EBS updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to clients.
8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials consulting, with a focus on implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, along with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
