About the Role

Embedded within our People and Culture division, yours is a role which champions our talent acquisition efforts by managing recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity, and producing insightful reporting to support informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to support configuration and seamless integration of tools and systems (including AI) while delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to transform raw data into meaningful actionable reports, as well as using raw data to produce team-relevant insights.

This impactful role will see you play a crucial role in helping us attract aviation masterminds globally through cutting-edge recruitment solutions. Our future is somewhat in your hands!

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of sound experience in a data-oriented role.

You must possess strong a data orientation, an analytical mindset and experience in process optimisation.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including data validation, charts and pivot tables) is critical to your success.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Bonus points if you have worked with project management tools and data visualisation software (Power BI).
