Responsibilities

1. Lead mechanical engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to execution.
2. Design and develop mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
3. Evaluate and improve existing designs for efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
5. Provide mentorship and direction to junior engineers and technical staff.

7. Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for various mechanical designs.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects and initiatives.
4. In-depth knowledge of mechanical design principles, codes, and standards applicable in Saudi Arabia.
5. Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
6. Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for mentoring teams.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members.
9. Ability to adapt and contribute to a fast-paced working environment.
