Objective:
The Senior Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance JAL International's brand presence, promote its services, and drive business growth. This role requires deep industry knowledge, creative thinking, and strong leadership to manage marketing campaigns and collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with JAL International’s business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Drive brand positioning and awareness initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Campaign Development and Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based strategies.
- Manage content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and alignment with target audience preferences.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the company's online presence, including website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and manage digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms to assess performance and adjust strategies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with internal departments, including sales, HR, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets for collaborative projects.
- Represent JAL International at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s services.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Ensure team adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards in all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial services or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
