Position Overview:

ZAFCO is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National or an Arabic-speaking professional with a solid background in working with international brands. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans – digital and traditional media, managing trade marketing activities, and conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand growth and market presence. Work closely with HQ and brand teams to ensure marketing plans are aligned with overall business objectives and receive necessary approvals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital and social media campaigns to increase brand engagement and reach.
  • Develop and manage trade marketing activities to enhance product visibility and performance in the market. Work with sales teams and dealers to implement trade promotions and ensure effective in-store execution.
  • Coordinate the launch of new product lines or patterns, ensuring successful market introduction and promotion.
  • Design and propose sell-out promotion activities, submitting proposals to brands and HQ for approval.
  • Organize and manage dealer incentive trips to reward and motivate high-performing dealers.
  • Plan and execute event activations to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collect and analyze market data, including pricing, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities. Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

· Language: Saudi National or fluent in Arabic, with strong proficiency in English.

· Education: Masters/MBA in Marketing or Advertising.

Experience:

· Proven experience in marketing roles, particularly with international brands.

· Experience in trade marketing and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.

Skills:

· Expertise in developing and executing marketing plans – digital and offline.

· Proficient in data analysis and market research.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
