Senior Manager-Strategic Investments(Mergers &Acquisition)

The role holder will be responsible of sourcing deals then carrying on with all relevant activities until closing investment and monitoring performance, according to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.

Investment Activity:

• Sourcing, screening and developing investment thesis for investment deals
• Developing detailed financial models including projections, valuation, and investment return analyses
• Designing presentations for investment committee related to investments
• Performing - in collaboration with third parties in some cases - business, financial, accounting, and customer due diligence
• Monitor performance of portfolio companies
• Investment Strategy Formulation
• Private Equity
• Due Diligence
• Mergers & Acquisition, structuring and Valuation

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Investment Management or any related field.
• Professional certification is preferred i.e. Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) , Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) Certification.

Years & Nature Of Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Investment or similar field preferred
