Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions

The Senior Manager - Asset Management Solutions will oversee the development and implementation of asset management software solutions that meet stakeholders' requirements.

This involves delivering EAM solutions such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle eAM, or other similar platforms with a strong track record of success.

This role will be based in Riyadh, supporting one of the iconic Vision 2030 mega projects in the Real Estate/Property sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our asset management efforts, focusing on gathering business requirements and engaging with key stakeholders.

• Gathering business requirements and collaborating with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Selecting, implementing, and managing software solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Leading cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implementing enterprise asset management solutions from initial planning to full deployment and post-implementation support.
• Managing ongoing system enhancements, change requests, upgrades, and improvements to maximize system performance, user adoption, and alignment with best practices.
• Recommending solutions to improve asset management performance.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Providing regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• 10+ years of experience in Technology Solutions, with at least 5+ years in Enterprise Asset Management Solutions.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing EAM systems, particularly IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP EAM, Oracle eAM, or similar platforms.
• A background in project management, with hands-on experience leading large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Previous experience working in Real Estate, Property, or Construction companies.
• Experience integrating EAM solutions with other business systems.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, guide decision-making, and drive results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of asset management best practices, lifecycle management, and maintenance strategies.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• Ideally a Saudi national.
