Purpose: Be a strong and trusted business partner for all relevant HR matters. Lead the team to deliver a reliable and effective HR service and collaborate with the business in executing the People Strategy and implement Global and EM initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR Senior Director in partnering with the business to execute the People Strategy at cluster level.
Act as point of contact for leaders and employees on all relevant People matters.
Lead the execution of Global & market initiatives/projects as per the EMC People Strategy plan and calendar.
Embed and enable People Development tools and concepts such as MYBEST, Talent Profiles, and learning programs.
Create, review, and ensure all HR policies and processes are relevant and in line with local regulations, Global policies, and enable a winning culture in KSA.
Provide coaching to employees and leaders; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high performance culture.
Partner with leaders in structuring and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment process of all positions within area of responsibility.
Manage mobility of new international hires in alignment with the Rewards team and the global policies and processes.
Collaborate with the Rewards team in all employee compensation & benefits matters including Insurance management and renewals.
Lead and ensure the execution of employee engagement initiatives in KSA.

Requisite Education and Experience:
University degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR.
2 years minimum on Managerial Level (preferably in an international organization) in KSA.
