Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate import/export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution duties associated with customer import/export shipments.
2. Order Processing: Receive documents, confirm compliance with Customs requirements, process documents, coordinate cargo availability, arrange pickup and delivery, and finalize billing.
3. Shipment Status Reporting: Review daily monitoring reports and proactively report non-conformances.
4. Maintenance: Ensure all tables are complete and current, assist in accounting issues, perform RFI/RFQ as required, and ensure prompt and accurate communications.

6. Customer Order Plausibility Analysis
7. Planning / Booking / Transportation Orders
8. Coordination/Follow-up of the Shipment
9. Customs Processing (Export/Import)
10. Documentation/Administration/Invoicing/Filing
11. Feedback to the Customer (internal and external reporting of shipments)
12. Operational Troubleshooting
13. Non-Conformance Reporting in accordance with KPIs
14. Cooperation with approved subcontractors
15. Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation

Job Requirements:

A four-year BS/BA degree is required.

One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in customer service duties.

A strong desire to work in the supply chain/logistics/transportation field.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced office.

Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.

Candidate must possess a strong teamwork attitude.

Leadership experience is strongly desired. Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
