Senior Legal Counsel

Jameson Legal have been instructed by our client, a prestigious and diverse organisation headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who are actively seeking an accomplished Senior Counsel to provide expertise on downstream corporate commercial matters.

This exciting opportunity presents the chance to work within a large and significant in-house organisation.

The successful candidate will have a substantial track record working within the oil and gas industry as a corporate commercial lawyer, with experience in fuel administration, chemical administration, power systems administration, and pipeline administration.

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience gained from multinational corporations in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. While experience serving as a corporate secretary on the board of a multinational company would be appealing, it is not essential.

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package.

While prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region is not obligatory, it would be highly regarded.
