The Job
Lead and supervise the overall installation, implementation and administration of Windows & Linux Server, Microsoft O365 Collaboration Services, and Cloud Infrastructure maintenance, design, and implementation such as Azure/AWS.
New initiative of collaboration O365 services integrating with AI technologies such as ChatGPT enterprise data and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Manage IT project timelines and deliverables, liaising with business units to identify and implement optimal IT and business solutions.
Supervise IT solutions implemented by internal IT teams.
Manage and work with external service providers on various IT projects.
Manage the rollout of the DevSecOps solution across the enterprise.
Build and maintain the delivery pipeline applying CI/CD principles.
Responsible for maintaining DevSecOps and Agile tools to enable CI/CD operating model and agile development.
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Managers to identify and recommend appropriate computer technologies and prepare the annual IT budget for the Housing Society.
Assist IT Infrastructure Managers to maintain and enhance the reliability and availability of Infrastructure services.
Help establish quality standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines on Infrastructure services.
Monitor the performance of secondments, contractors, service providers, and vendors where applicable.
Coach, develop, and motivate a customer-focused, professional infrastructure team to carry out their respective functions and provide technical guidance to less experienced peers.
Ensure compliance with ISO 20000 standards for all responsible IT services.
The Person
Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline. Certifications such as Microsoft/Linux System Administrator, PMP, ITILv4 Foundation, Microsoft O365, and Azure Certification are preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT, with at least 5 years in technical support and system/network administration in a sizeable organization.
Experience in system/network infrastructure implementation and disaster recovery on Windows/Linux servers, O365 Collaboration Services, VMware Virtualization, MS SQL Server, MariaDB, CISCO Network equipment, IP telephony, and environment.
Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese.
A self-motivator comfortable working independently and able to motivate others.
Sound knowledge of managing infrastructure projects and teams.
Organized and able to prioritize own and team’s workload.
Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
